By accessing and using Upraizo (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or purchase our courses. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.

- Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your account is for your personal use only.
3. Course Access & License
When you purchase a course on Upraizo, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, license, or otherwise transfer or use any course content unless we give you explicit permission to do so.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (including all videos, text, graphics, logos, and course materials), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Upraizo and its licensors. Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Upraizo.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
We stand behind the quality of our courses. If you are entirely unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis within the specific refund window clearly stated at the time of purchase. Once a refund is issued, your access to the course material will be revoked immediately.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms (e.g., sharing account credentials, pirating content).
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
